An inside and outside-of-the-box thinker who demonstrates a deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, strategy, and change management. Ability and understanding of aligning organizational goals and HR initiatives that can improve, motivate, and retain a valuable workforce, which in return helps the company become/remain successful & profitable. Can work independently, in a team, and with or without direction. Delegates tasks leading to best performance outcomes. Experience in HRIS maintenance and management. Multi-tasker.
